@ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 (single-thread)

GPL-2.0-or-later, as declared by the upstream package. Contains FFmpeg and external libraries, including x264 and LAME, which retain their respective copyrights and licenses. The WebAssembly binary is not modified: it is split into two transport files and restored byte-for-byte, with SHA-256 verification.
