Choose currencies and amount
Choose the source and target currencies. Changing or swapping currencies clears the previous rate. Identical currencies convert 1:1 without a lookup.

Look up or enter a rate
Look up fetches ECB reference rates through Frankfurter. A manual rate means how much target currency equals one source unit. For example, divide a quote per 100 yen by 100 before entering a rate per yen.

Review and copy
Use the currency's default decimal places or choose 0, 2, 4 or 6. Rounding happens at the final step. Copy includes only the result number, without currency symbols or grouping commas.
Actual exchange amounts may differ.
Illustrative example: if 1 USD = 1,350 KRW, then 100 USD = 135,000 KRW. This is not a current rate.
Bank cash buy/sell spreads, transfer fees, card processing dates and exchange discounts are not included. Check the final amount with your financial institution before transacting. This is not a binding quote for trading, tax or investment decisions.

Frequently asked questions
Are these live rates?
These are daily ECB reference rates, not live trading quotes. Weekends and holidays may show the last business day's rate. Always check the displayed date. Values older than seven days are flagged.
What if a lookup fails?
Blocked connections, slow responses, provider outages or rate limits clear the result and show a message. You can continue with a manually entered rate. There are no automatic retries or periodic lookups. Rates for the same pair fetched within five minutes on this page are reused from memory.
What information leaves my browser?
A lookup may send the currency pair, connection IP and browser information to Frankfurter and network providers. Amounts, manual rates, notes and files are not sent. Cookies, credentials and the page referrer are omitted. Manual mode works without external lookups.
How are decimals calculated?
Decimal inputs are multiplied using integer arithmetic, then rounded to the final display precision. This does not guarantee the precision of supplied reference rates or match every bank's rounding rules.
